Palbit’s Jet Drills are designed to provide efficient and versatile drilling solutions using indexable inserts. These drills are available in a variety of diameters and cutting lengths, and can be configured with or without cartridges. A key innovation is the XCS drill, which is engineered to perform effectively on diverse surface types and incorporates specialized chip breakers optimized for machining steel, cast iron, stainless steel, and super alloys.

This includes the XCS Drill (14.0 mm to 60.0 mm diameter, 2D-5D options, using XOKX/SOKX inserts), the SCS Drill (13.0 mm to 50.0 mm diameter, 3D/4D options, using SPKX inserts), the SCC Drill (50mm to 80mm diameter, 3D/4D options, using SPKX inserts), the TDS Drill (13.0 mm to 58.0 mm diameter, 3D options, using WCKX inserts), and the TDC Drill (59mm to 80mm diameter, 3D options, using WCKX inserts).
