Stage 1: Consultation

We conduct an in-depth study of your requirements, analyze available resources (e.g., machine type, raw materials), and understand your desired outcomes.

Stage 2: Proposal

Our technical expertise ensures that CAD/CAM files are produced according to industry best practices, eliminating the need for in-house staff training. During the Proposal stage, we provide a comprehensive solution, including precise design (2D/3D drawings), methodology, optimized processes, tooling utilization, and project costing. Leveraging our deep understanding of efficient metal cutting, we conduct detailed design studies using CAD, covering 2D drawings, 3D models, clamping methods, operations, and tooling needs.

We define the purpose of cutting tools and accessories (e.g., insert cutters, rotary tables, shrink fits), ensuring optimal tool performance to reduce downtime and enhance productivity. Additionally, we develop optimized cutting processes with advanced clamping and holding solutions to improve machining precision and efficiency.

Our CAM preparation includes job sheets with detailed work instructions or NC code. We support a range of CAD/CAM software, including MasterCAM, HyperMill, SolidWorks, and Siemens NX.

Stage 4: Reporting

We deliver a comprehensive analysis report for client validation and purchase. The report documents the success formula, consisting of work instructions, jobsheets, NC programs, test pieces or first articles, and measurement data.
