On October 8-9, 2024, Herroz participated in the AMRACE Open House 2024, held at the UPM-MTDC Technology Centre. The AMRACE Open House 2024 featured a distinguished lineup of attendees, including Prof. Datin Lorela Chia, Carol Ong, James Tan, Ricky Soo, and Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Chee-Fai TAN, PhD, as well as a delegation from the Malaysian Smart Technology and Manufacturing Association (MSTMA). The event also underscored the Malaysian Engineering Industry Federation’s (MEIF) dedication to fostering innovation, with insightful sessions covering automation best practices, machining process optimization, and financial strategies for SMEs. These discussions aligned with the New Industrial Master Plan (NIMP), emphasizing collaboration between academia, industry, and government to enhance Malaysia’s aerospace competitiveness on the world stage.
